More than two decades away from home have taught me that success is rarely built in comfort. It is built quietly through hard work, patience, responsibility, and the strength to keep going when no one is watching.
I have spent much of my life working away from home, building a career while carrying responsibilities far beyond the workplace. Every long day, difficult decision, and sacrifice has been part of a larger purpose: building a better life for the people I call family.
